Project Description:
In 2021, Image Designs was commissioned to design an addition for a growing family in the Summerville Neighborhood of Augusta, GA.  The existing home, a 1950s Ranch, is 1,612 sf with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  Goals for the clients were to maximize their home's square footage, maintain the historic nature of the front facade, and create a better flow throughout the home.  The new addition adds 1,168 sf to the rear of the home and includes two new bedrooms, open concept living room and kitchen, and 1-1/2 new bathrooms. A revamped Master Suite caters to the needs of the client for more space, spa-esque master bathroom, and larger master closet.
